Madeline Gardner-Meryash has had a long and distinguished career as a special education teacher, consultant, and researcher. She has specialized in working with both children and adults with learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. In addition to working in both private and public schools and institutions, Madeline maintains a private practice that focuses on student advocacy, support for parents who are appealing school district decisions regarding special services, and tutoring for students with learning disabilities. Madeline is also a superb painter of landscapes, still life scenes, and portraits. Her paintings have been exhibited often and are highly sought after.
